Whatever you're doing to make your record unique URP can help you communicate it with custom stickers. United Record Pressing, LLC can print and apply stickers to suit your needs. We can provide you with one, two or three color stickers in any shape or size you need. We can print on traditional sticker paper or glossy gold & silver foil.

URP Now offers Pre-Made Stickers!

We're happy to now be able to offer you 16 seperate images that can be printed three different ways. We have stickers for 180 Gram Records, Downloads, Free CDs, Bonus 7"s and more. Each sticker comes in a standard version printed on white paper or deluxe versions printed in greyscale on your choice of gold or silver foil. All Pre-Made Stickers are 2" x 2".

Ordering our premade stickers is simple. Print out this PDF, circle the sticker you want then write in the quantity you need. Include this printout with your order. All of these stickers are $.12 each ($.08 for the sticker and $.04 for the application) . Our order forms now have a line for these stickers (see below), just fill in the sticker ID from the PDF and write in the quantity to get your sticker total.

    SUBMITTING YOUR FILES TO URP
    Acceptable digital file formats for 1, 2 and 3 color stickers are Photoshop TIF, Photoshop EPS, Illustrator EPS (fonts must be converted to outlines), or Acrobat PDF (must be 300 DPI and saved with fonts embedded)
    • All images must be at least 300 DPI in resolution.
    • Art submitted on disc requires full color printout.
    • All bleeds must extend 1/8 inch (.125) outside of the die cut
    • All artwork must be a minimum of 1/16 inch (0.0625") from the edge of the die.
    FLEXOGRAPHIC PRINTING RECOMENDATIONS:
    • Serif Fonts: Positive type must be a minimum of 7 points. Reverse type must be a minimum of 8 points.
    • Sans Serif Fonts: Positive type must be a minimum of 4 points. Reverse type must be a minimum of 5 points.
    • Decorative Fonts: The thinnest stroke for positive type must be a minimum of 1/2 point (0.007"). Reverse type must be a minimum of 1 point (0.014").
    • Lines: Positive lines must be a minimum of 1/2 point (0.007") thick. Reverse lines must be a minimum of 1 point (0.014") thick.
    • Screens: 85-133 line screen.
    • Gradations, Blends or Fades: Accepted screen percentages are 10%-90%. These percentages are used for flexographic printing to achieve smooth gradations and avoid loss of image information and quality. Anything above or below this range is not acceptable for flexographic printing.
    • Traps: URP’s Art Department will create trap for all artwork. Minimum 1 point (0.014") trap (diagonal lines and certain designs may require more trapping).
    • Margins: All artwork must be a minimum of 1/16 inch (0.0625") from the edge of the die.
    • Bleeds: Minimum 1/8 inch (0.125") bleed (borders that bleed off the label must have minimum 1/8 inch thickness in addition to the 1/8 inch bleed).
